Jerry currently holds a Certified Tax Preparer License with the local tax preparation company The Tax Shelter, Inc. He also is the President & General Manager of Guam Pak Express, Inc., a local moving company. Jerry's technical background, combined with his willingness to learn & strive for better makes him an integral part of our teams daily functions.
Tony looks after the operational, legal and administrative aspects of Realty Partners. After graduating from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2017, Tony entered the real estate industry and got his Broker's License. As an active member of the Guam Realtors Young Professional Network, Tony instructs on subjects such as real estate technology, building your business via social media, customer service, and client retention. Tony strives to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person he works with.
Ramona specializes in the purchase & sale of hotels, and management of shopping malls & outlets. Her diverse background provides her with the expertise to facilitate Vacant Land sales dealing with multifamily & corporate ownership, as well as probate transactions.
